At Flames, you can count on our trained advisers' to help you design the fireplace of your dreams. We've been taking care of fireplaces since 1979 and our staff has over one hundred and fifteen years cumulative experience.​

Of course we service and repair all of the products we sell. Our service people are National Fireplace Institute Certified and regularly become certified or re-certified by our manufacturer partners. They have been sent from Vermont to Washington state, and all parts in between, for manufacturers training & certification. We do all this training so you can be assured that our service people are the best and most well trained in our industry.

Our trained and experienced Chimney Sweeps can offer you a thorough safety inspection and no mess cleaning. We started off as chimney sweeps in 1979 and two of our current staff have earned the Chimney Safety Institute of America's (C.S.I.A.) "Certified Chimney Sweep" credentials. You can rest assured that we will go out of our way to provide the best possible service to your stove or fireplace and assure you that all is safe and ready to go.

 Our installation crew is second to none in the areas of training and experience. When we install your fireplace or stove, the installation will always meet or exceed all manufacturers requirements, codes and industry standards. We believe that we have an obligation to do all installations in a safe and workman like manner.
